Uturn Industries program embodies all aspects of a call center career. Including Telemarketing, Sales, Financial Services, Customer Service and Collections. A combination of all these classroom style training as well as actual on the job training prepares students for a challenging but rewarding career in a call center. Participants attend a total of 60 hours of classroom training, 480 hours of On-the-Job training taking calls, with 3 written & 3 role play exams.Those who complete the work experience program while receiving high scores in all their calls will graduate and receive a CSR Certification in a ceremony with friends and family.

OUR SERVICESEvery other weekend Uturn Industries partners with Accelerate Organization to volunteer in feeding the homeless here in Pomona. We also partner with Rite Medical Clinic here in Pomona to provide aid to those who walk our city streets at night and who are in need of medical assistance. We partner with those who have the same mission as we do.
GET IN TOUCHSince I’ve been with Uturn Industries Uturn Industries provided a work experience program. Uturn has taught me the importance of getting an education. I recently received my High School Diploma, and with the support of the consolers at Uturn I am now enrolled at Mt. Sac College where I am studying to be an HVAC Technician. Uturn has helped me to become a better person to be able to give back to my community. Without Uturn this would not have been possible.
